The Asian cosmetic products market reached $61.64 billion USD in 2019, with a notable focus on anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, and skin-brightening products. In response to the demand for these products, Win Coat has collaborated with a leading cosmetic company in Taiwan to develop Microarray Patches (MAPs). These MAPs are designed to effectively address issues like dark spots and wrinkles while promoting skin health through an efficient delivery method. To support this innovation, Win Coat has invested in a production platform known as WINMAPᵀᴹ. WINMAPᵀᴹ not only offers design flexibility but also employs advanced formulation processes tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. At present, Win Coat provides not only ODM and OEM services but also turn-key technology transfer.

Characteristics of 3D microstructured patch
3D Microstructure
The novel 3D microstructured patch is different from traditional patches because it has 3D microstructures that can penetrate into the human skin and then deliver HA and other active components.
Hyaluronic Acid
HA can absorb and retain a large amount of water. It can keep skin in the water-saturated condition.

It is proven that our microneedle delivers the active ingredients effectively as both the tip and body dissolve, and the left image provides evidence of penetration.
Clinical Result
Microneedles efficiently deliver active ingredients to the skin. In the trial, conducted with a comparison of serum and essence, microneedles demonstrated significant results. For instance, when compared to regular essence, our microneedles showed a tenfold increase in permeation results after just 30 minutes of usage. Permeation is defined as how efficiently the drug is absorbed into our skin to provide the desired results. The effectiveness of our microneedles is not only short-term but also long-term. After using our microneedles for one month, the skin’s water preservation effect will increase by more than three times compared to normal hyaluronic serum that applied directly on skin.
